What delivery services do you offer?
We currently have two delivery services available. Our standard service offers free delivery by Royal Mail First Class post. We also have a Special Delivery Service which is a fully tracked and signed for service. We currently charge a discounted rate of just £2.95 for this service for all UK deliveries.
Will the delivery of my bouquet be affected by Royal Mail strike action?
As of Thursday 5th November, all industrial action has been called off. All postal services are operating normally.
How quickly will my bouquet arrive?
If you select free delivery, your bouquet will be despatched using First Class post. Over 90% of first class post arrives the next day but please allow 1 - 2 days for your bouquet to arrive. If you select Special Delivery your bouquet is fully tracked and guaranteed to arrive on the next working day if you order before 1pm. Orders received after 1pm will be despatched the following day.
Do you deliver at weekends?
Guaranteed Saturday delivery is available at a charge of £7.95. Please select this option during the checkout process.
Do you deliver outside of the UK?
Yes, we can deliver anywhere in Europe. European delivery is charged at £6.95 and can be selected during the checkout process. Please allow 3 - 5 days for delivery. We do not deliver outside of Europe at this time.
I live outside the UK, can I order a bouquet for delivery within the UK?
Yes, of course. We receive many orders from customers living overseas, particularly in Australia and New Zealand. Baby bouquets are a great way to send congratulations to loved ones when you can't be there in person.
I have a special request for a bouquet, can you help me?
We can create bouquets for twins, with special colour requests or with additional items and to specific budgets. All our bouquets are handmade here in our workshop in Hampshire so if you have a particular request please call us on 01489 788180 and we'll do our best to help!
Can I set up a corporate account?
We are happy to set up accounts for our corporate clients and already have many companies ordering from us for maternity leaving gifts and new baby congratulations. Please call us on 01489 788180 for further details on how to set up an account.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept payment via the internet, telephone or cheque. Payment must be made in pounds sterling. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Switch. If you would prefer to place your order by phone please call 01489 788180, Monday to Friday between 9.30am and 5pm. We do not accept American Express but corporate clients are welcome to set up an account and be invoiced for orders.
