Payment
We accept payment via the internet, telephone or cheque. Payment must be made in pounds sterling. We accept Visa and Mastercard. If you would prefer to place your order by phone please call 01489 788180, Monday to Friday between 9.30am and 5pm. If paying by cheque please make it payable to the bump company and enclose details of the item(s) purchased and your name and address and/or those of the gift recipient. Please post to: the bump company, 4 Stowe Close, Hedge End, Southampton, SO30 2RS. Once your cheque has cleared (usually this takes 5 working days) we will despatch your gift.
Delivery Options
Baby Bouquets and Gift Box Sets - Free Delivery
We are currently offering free delivery on all our baby bouquets and gift box sets to any UK address. Bouquets are dispatched using Royal Mail First Class post which usually takes 1 - 2 working days to arrive. All our bouquets are hand made here in our workshop in Hampshire and are dispatched within 2 working days of receiving your order (the majority of orders do go either the same day or next day). If you need one in a real hurry, please call us on 01489 788180 and we'll do our best to help!
Baby Bouquets and Gift Box Sets - Special Delivery
If you want to be absolutely certain of receiving your bouquet or gift box by a set date and time, we do offer a Special Delivery service. This guarantees next working day delivery to most parts of the UK. (Customers wishing to send bouquets to the Scottish Highlands and Islands should contact us for more information on Special Delivery times.) The current discounted price for this Special Delivery service is £2.95 for Mon - Fri deliveries and £7.95 for a guaranteed Saturday delivery. Orders received by 12 noon using this service will be dispatched the same day, orders received after 12 noon will be dispatched the following day.

Baby Bouquets and Gift Box Sets - European Delivery
We are happy to send our bouquets to any European country for which there is a flat rate charge of £6.95. We use Royal Mail Air Mail, please allow 3 - 5 working days for delivery.
Please note: all orders received on Friday (with the exception of those customers requiring a guaranteed Saturday Special Delivery and ordering before 12 noon - see above) will be dispatched on Monday or Tuesday at the latest. On Bank Holiday weekends, orders received on a Friday will be dispatched on Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest.
Gifts and Baby Shower supplies
Delivery costs for all our other items are banded according to their weight. Our minimum delivery charge is just £1.95 for lighter goods up to a maximum of £5.95 for heavier items.
We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible for you, usually within 2 working days from receipt of your cleared payment. We always try to hold stock of every item we advertise which enables us to handle your order efficiently, however, due to demand we do occasionally run out of items. If this is the case we will inform you by email as soon as possible. If you really want your gift in a hurry, please call us on 01489 788180 and we'll do our best to help!
Please note that we require at least 7 working days notice for orders of cookies and cupcakes and 14 working days notice for celebration cakes. These items are not refundable.
For UK delivery address: All items up to 2kg are sent by Royal Mail First Class delivery. Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery from dispatch. Items weighing more than 2kg will be sent via Royal Mail Standard Parcels, please allow 3 - 5 days for delivery from dispatch.
For Europe delivery address: We are happy to send goods anywhere in Europe, please contact us by telephone or email for a quote before ordering.
At present we do not ship goods outside of the European Union.
Delivery charges are calculated automatically in your Shopping Bag before you proceed to checkout.

Returns
If you're not fully happy with your purchase, you can return it at any time within 7 days of receipt, for a full refund or exchange. Products must be returned in the condition in which you received them. Please contact us at

Please let us know the reason for your return as your feedback is very important to us. Post your item to the bump company 4 Stowe Close, Hedge End, Southampton SO30 2RS.
Please note that we can't refund return postage unless the item is faulty in which case we will offer you a full refund. Please obtain a free Certificate of Posting from the post office, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. You may wish to send the items recorded delivery and please ensure you have sufficient insurance cover as standard postal services only include compensation for items up to £36 in value. You will receive your refund within 30 days of contacting us.
Gift packaging
To save you time, or if you would like us to send the gift direct to the recipient we offer a gift wrapping service for a fee of £2.99. This includes tissue paper, gift wrap or gift bag (as appropriate) and ribbon. We will also include a message on one of our chic bump company gift cards (please make sure to add your message at the checkout).
Also, don’t forget we can send the gift direct to the recipient so if you can’t be there in person, we can make sure your gift is.
